Privacy Notice
Every enquiry Naureen Properties Ltd receives about a property or tenancy carries a little personal information, and this page explains how that information is handled. We ask only for what lets us reply to you, and we treat it with care throughout.

Naureen Properties Ltd is the data controller responsible for the information covered by this notice. The company is registered in England & Wales under Company No. 14096181, and its registered office is at 145 Oakwood Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham, B11 4EU, United Kingdom. Anything you send in connection with a property enquiry is looked after by us at that office.
What we receive with your enquiry
Your enquiry reaches us by email, so what we hold is simply what you have typed into your message. In practice that comes down to:
- your name;
- your email address; and
- whatever you write in the body of your message about the property or matter you are asking about.
How we put it to use
We read what you send, work out how best to answer it, and reply to you; and if a conversation follows, we use your details to carry it on. Our basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us, together, where it applies, with taking steps at your request before any arrangement is entered into.
How we honour your rights
UK data protection law gives you a set of rights over the information we hold about you. You can ask to see it, to have it corrected, to have it erased, or to object to the way we use it; email us at the address below and we will help you exercise whichever right applies. You are also free to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
How long we hold your enquiry
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains reasonably useful to deal with your request and to hold a sensible record of what was discussed. Once it has served that purpose, we remove it.
When we pass details on
Your correspondence stays private with us. We hand it on only where doing so is needed to answer you, or where the law requires it of us, and even then we keep any such use confined to your enquiry.
